Duesseldorf FRP integrated precast Pump station project

In order to improve the local waterlogging problem, the government of Dusseldorf ordered a FRP integrated prefabricated pump station from our company. The main function of the pump station is to lift rain sewage and transport it to the nearby sewage network to improve the treatment effect of rain sewage, so as to solve the problem of waterlogging caused by water in that year.

The prefabricated pump station model is DNRP-2000-6500-2T-Z-GRP-200WQS. The shell cylinder is made of high quality FRP material. The guide rail, basket type grate, ladder, pipe, level controller, protection pipe, exhaust pipe, flange, elbow and link bolt are all made of 304 stainless steel. Make it have a stronger ability to adapt to the environment. The FRP integrated precast pump station produced by our company has been recognized by the state, passed the provincial quality supervision and inspection, passed the quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system certification, the product life can reach at least 50 years.
